As a Customer Engagement Assistant , you’ll interact with customers while promoting and selling Lumen’s latest Quantum Fiber solutions. The Customer Engagement Assistant will be expected to:
Initiate contact with prospective and existing customers to introduce services.
Answer questions and provide information about Lumen Quantum Fiber products.
Promote service upgrades and special offers to maximize sales.
Schedule appointments and follow up with leads.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Work with fellow Customer Engagement Assistants to enhance customer experience.
Identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.
Represent Lumen Technologies professionally in all interactions.
Every aspiring Customer Engagement Assistant needs to have:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or marketing preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
Performance-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in CRM tools and basic office software.
