Role Description This is a full-time role based in India, providing offshore operational support to the onshore sales teams as part of HSO’s Microsoft partnership. The position is responsible for bid management, sales operations, documentation, reporting, and coordination activities, ensuring smooth operational support and consistent, high-quality customer-facing materials. Responsibilities Bid Management & Operational Support Manage the complete bid lifecycle from offshore, including proposal preparation, formatting, coordination, and timely submission. Produce high-quality customer-facing documents such as proposals, presentations, and sales materials. Ensure strong communication with onshore teams and customers, with excellent English skills for written and verbal interaction. Coordinate with onshore teams to ensure smooth handover of opportunities and documentation. Administrative Support Schedule client meetings, internal reviews, product demos, and workshops. Prepare and organise contractual documentation including NDAs, agreements, and compliance-related materials. Maintain shared repositories and ensure all sales assets are updated and well structured. Reporting & Analytics Prepare sales performance reports, dashboards, and trackers. Analyse revenue trends, opportunity movement, and utilisation patterns. Support leadership with periodic business review inputs and data insights. Required Skills & Competencies Strong spoken and written English skills suitable for customer-facing documentation and communication. Proven experience in bid management, proposal writing, or sales operations. Highly proactive with strong planning, coordination, and time-management abilities. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other Microsoft Office tools. Analytical mindset with experience in reporting, forecasting, and data accuracy management. Ability to work independently while maintaining regular engagement with onshore stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related discipline. 5–8 years of experience in sales support, bid management, presales coordination, or similar operational roles. Proficiencia en partes interesadas, PowerPoint Wordset y otras herramientas de gestión de Microsoft.
