Base pay range $25.00/hr - $45.00/hr We are seeking a Content & Marketing Coordinator to own and execute day-to-day content strategy across LinkedIn and Instagram. This individual will work closely with loan originators to capture our real, day-to-day work life—calls, deal structuring, market conversations, site visits, and team moments—and turn that content into short-form videos and posts that build brand visibility, credibility, and inbound deal flow. This role is hands-on, creative, and execution-focused. The ideal candidate is comfortable filming in real environments, editing quick turnaround clips, and posting consistently across platforms. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Social Media Capture daily behind-the-scenes content of our brokerage operations (office work, calls, meetings, deal discussions, site visits) Film short-form vertical video content optimized for Instagram Reels and LinkedIn Edit raw footage into polished, engaging clips (30–90 seconds) with captions, hooks, and on-screen text Create and publish consistent content across LinkedIn and Instagram Repurpose long-form recordings into multiple short clips for social use Maintain a posting cadence aligned with brand and growth goals Brand & Messaging Ensure tone, visuals, and messaging are aligned with Convoy Capital’s professional brand Assist with writing captions, post copy, and basic scripts when needed Marketing Support (Secondary) Support transaction announcements, deal highlights, and market updates Assist with pitch decks, deal summaries, and offering materials as needed Maintain organized content and media libraries Qualifications Experience creating and editing short-form video content for social media Strong working knowledge of Instagram and LinkedIn content formats Proficiency with video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar) Comfortable filming with a smartphone and capturing candid, real-world content Ability to move quickly, iterate, and post consistently in a fast-paced environment Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Convoy Capital by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
