Property Accountant - Coral Gables, FL
Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr
This is an onsite position with no relocation, remote, or property manager roles.
Responsibilities
Work directly with the CPA firm, CFO, and Controller.
Oversee a team of 7-8 Property Accountants.
Handle many ad‑hoc projects for the Family Office of the Principal.
Will not be involved in the financial statement close process.
Immediate promotion to Controller upon successful completion of this role.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate property accounting (multi‑family sector).
Proficiency in property accounting software such as YARDI and Entrata.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
