In this dual role as Recruiting Lead and Strategic Business Partner, you’ll work closely with local leadership and employees to attract top talent, drive engagement, and help shape a high‑performing, inclusive culture from day one.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
Partner with hiring managers to manage full-cycle recruitment and deliver a strong candidate experience.
Collaborate with the Head of Talent Acquisition to align with hiring strategies and maintain applicant tracking/reporting compliance.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and HR‑related matters.
Support new hire onboarding and orientation in Tulsa to ensure smooth integration.
Advise managers on performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
Champion a positive work environment, foster site culture, and coordinate with HR Centers of Excellence on policies, compliance, and employee support.
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
Experience
You have 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HRBP role, ideally with recruiting responsibility & HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM‑CP) is a plus
Education
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Technical Proficiency
You have proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting and knowledge of federal and Oklahoma-specific labor laws and regulations
Soft Skills
You demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills and ability to work independently and handle ambiguity in a fast-growing environment
Commitment to Excellence
You are success-oriented and willing to take on multiple tasks
