The Parts Counter Sales Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to the parts department. This individual will assist customers in finding the right parts, process sales transactions, and maintain accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Assist and obtain heavy duty parts for customers by phone and in person.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all parts and accessories
Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
Monitor and maintain inventory levels
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations
Assist with shipping and receiving of parts
Keep work area clean and organized
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a parts counter sales
Knowledge of heavy-dutyparts and accessories is an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
