Job Title Founding Product Manager
Location Remote
Our client is a purpose‑led startup redefining how people receive treatment for chronic health conditions, from advanced diagnostics to digital‑first care delivery, and all centered around a deeply patient‑centered philosophy.
They are looking for a Product Manager with a strong passion for user needs to take ownership of the product roadmap and collaborate closely with engineering, design, and clinical experts. Your work will directly influence how users and care teams engage with discovery tools, care journeys, dashboards, diagnostic insights, etc.
Responsibilities
Lead the evolution of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategy and user needs
Convert user research into defined product requirements and measurable outcomes
Partner closely with engineering and design teams to ensure alignment, practicality, and execution of easy‑to‑use experiences for both end users and care teams
Define, track, and contribute to product development that supports growth along with the company’s growing patient population
Requirements
3+ years of experience in product management, preferably at a high‑growth startup; healthcare is a plus
Demonstrated ability to ship user‑centric products that make a direct impact
Ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments
Clear communication and collaboration skills
Most importantly, deep user empathy and passion for the product
Compensation $160,000–$190,000. Flexibility with experience.
