Property Manager , you’ll oversee a portfolio of condominium and homeowner associations, ensuring communities are well‑maintained, financially sound, and supported with excellent customer service. You’ll work closely with Board Members, residents, and vendors to keep operations running smoothly. If you’re organized, personable, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Prepare annual budgets and review financial reports Solicit and compare bids for services and vendor contracts Attend and lead Board Meetings with confidence and professionalism Provide sound recommendations to assist Boards in effective decision‑making Review and interpret financial statements, payables, and receivables Coordinate maintenance and repair work with the Assistant Property Manager Conduct regular property inspections to maintain community standards Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners and Board Members Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic Proven experience in property management (HOA/Condominium Associations, not rentals or leasing agent) Licensed Community Association Manager, CAI or IREM License Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills Experience with property management software preferred Ready to Join Us?
