Responsibilities for Sales Engineer
Analyze customer requirements from a technical perspective and propose tailored solutions
Provide technical explanations of product specifications and present problem-solving approaches
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through consistent communication and follow-up
Conduct market research and outreach to identify and develop new business opportunities
Collaborate closely with partner factories in Japan
Handle post-sales follow-up and support as needed
Qualifications for Sales Engineer
Full professional proficiency in Japanese and English.
Experience in B2B sales or as a sales engineer.
AND/OR background in engineering or technical knowledge.
Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset and flexible approach to challenges.
Work Schedule for Sales Engineer Full-Time: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (1-hour break)
Entry level: $55,000 - $70,000 Experienced person: $70,000 - $120,000
