Role Responsibilities
Insurance compliance
Lease management
Vendor liaison and contract management
Work order tracking
Invoicing and tracking
Lease abstracting
Property inspections
Strong communication
Exposure to budgets and CAM reconciliations
Qualifications
Broad background in Property Management (1‑2 years in Commercial Property Management preferred)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting
Proficiency in problem‑solving, organization, and attention to detail
Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license
This position is open to an Assistant Property Manager level, but also has room for growth and professional development particularly in growing with the company.
