Responsibilities and Duties
Act as the property’s sales representative.
Greet prospects and professionally present the features and benefits of the assigned community.
Properly secure lease agreements from qualified persons.
Provide a service‑oriented experience and strive to make current residents feel welcome and comfortable in their community.
