The Role Truly our mission in motion – educators are the heart of everything we do. Our community work is critical in establishing Twinkl in the U.S. education market, strengthening brand love, and building an better Twinkl. Working closely with our Head of Community, you will manage our engagement strategy across programs, campaigns, and events. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across social, email, content, partnerships, and product teams to ensure community representation in everything we do. You’re eager to immerse yourself in the U.S. education world. You appreciate the role of educators and understand their needs, behaviours, and desires. You’re confident speaking before an audience and excited to represent Twinkl nationwide. This role’s primary focus is exercising our engagement strategies and acting as a catalyst between product and community, sourcing input from our community and relaying updates from our team. Supporting a small, agile team, you will develop and scale experiments to recognize and motivate our community, crafting impactful ways to reach new educators. You are innovative, critical, empathetic, independently driven, and detail‑oriented.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Head of Community to develop and refine engagement strategies for unique audiences.

Plan, organize, and execute high‑impact community initiatives.

Build relationships with key educators, influencers, and partners to create a network of Twinkl evangelists across the U.S.

Manage and grow the ambassador program, fostering a vibrant, supportive exchange of ideas.

Partner with the social team to maintain an active pulse across channels, celebrating and amplifying educators.

Curate, organize, and maintain a growing library of educator testimonials.

Host workshops to help educators learn about Twinkl and leverage library resources.

Collaborate with the Creative Team to create images, videos, and copy supporting community programs.

Manage ongoing and one‑off projects, coordinating logistics among stakeholders.

Coordinate logistics and attend conferences and events across the U.S.

Operate the Swag inventory, processing and shipping swag to members nationwide.

Track and analyze KPIs for sentiment, engagement, growth, and business impact.
