Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Leasing Consultant based in Forestdale, AL. The Leasing Consultant will perform day‑to‑day tasks such as managing lease agreements, providing exceptional customer service, building positive relationships with residents to promote retention, and assisting with administrative tasks related to leasing. The role also involves promoting properties, managing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless leasing process for potential and existing residents.
Qualifications
Knowledge of lease administration and experience handling leasing processes
Strong skills in resident retention and relationship management
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Experience in providing excellent customer service and addressing tenant concerns
Proficiency in standard office software and systems used for property management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in property management or a related field is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in real estate or property management is a plus
