What we expect: Directly responsible for building a customer base within your market
Provide customers with sound advice and loan product recommendations based on their goals and needs
Evaluates loan applications and documentation by confirming credit worthiness.
Set and attain personal goals for sales volume
Identify and
establish relationships with Realtors, Builders, Financial Service Professionals
Stay active with prospect and customer marketing
Maintain high visibility among local housing professionals and trade organizations
Continually establish and maintain pipeline of new customers
Hold educational sessions in your market
Keep up to date on industry news by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations
Stay current on company policies and procedures, watch for red flags and help minimize risk to the company
Ability to pass a background check for state licensing
What we require of you:
1+ years loan origination experience
$500k + monthly volume
Current NMLS license required
Working knowledge of loan product knowledge and pricing strategies
Maintain a
professional attitude
and image in your community
