Job brief
The role is remote but requires daily onsite meetings in the field. The territory is Dallas – Fort Worth (DFW). The position focuses on selling radio and digital advertising to small, medium, and large companies in the Dallas area.
Five years of advertising/ media sales experience are REQUIRED. You must possess a proven background in advertising/media sales and be able to prospect new accounts, manage existing account base, and grow territory. You must be able to travel locally 85% of the time and have a valid driver’s license.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect for new advertising accounts.
Manage and grow existing account base.
Develop marketing and campaign strategies.
Measure and report digital marketing campaigns (ROI, CTR, etc.).
Coordinate with internal teams to create landing pages.
Design and maintain social media profiles.
Contribute to the organization’s blog.
Analyze trends to generate insights.
Identify conversion and drop‑off points to optimize user funnels.
Double website traffic within the next year.
Communicate with clients to understand expectations and satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum five years of proven advertising or media sales experience.
Proven ability to sell traditional, online, or display advertising.
Strong presentation, communication, and sales attitude.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license; able to travel 85% of the time in the local territory.
Minimum bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
3+ years of demonstrated digital marketing experience.
Knowledgeable in SEO and data analysis.
Experience with online ad tools (Google, Instagram, etc.).
Compensation & Benefits Strong base salary plus unlimited commissions.
Incentives and bonuses can result in six‑figure earnings, targeting $200,000 in three years. Auto allowance, protected territories, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and promotion opportunities for top performers. Recognition programs for high performers.
