Join Golden Care Therapy as an ABA Therapist to provide in‑home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) across New York.
Base Pay Range $23.00 – $31.00 per hour.
Job Type Part time, with possibility for full time.

Responsibilities
Provide in‑home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with ASD.
Use behavior‑analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan.
Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
About Golden Care Therapy Golden Care Therapy is an ABA therapy provider delivering home‑based services across the East Coast. We seek ABA Therapists/RBTs to work under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA). Our admin team has firsthand ABA experience, fostering a dedicated and passionate team. Annual performance reviews provide constructive feedback and support professional growth.
Experience & Qualifications
Special education: 1 year (Preferred)
Applied behavior analysis: 1 year (Preferred)
