Recognized as franchisee of the year within the Jiffy Lube nationwide network, we are looking for part‑time and full‑time Automotive Technicians.
Our Automotive Technicians earn a salary up to $40,000 per year based on experience, and receive generous benefits including paid vacation after one year, longevity bonuses, comprehensive health, dental/vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, a 401(k) plan, bereavement leave, and employee oil changes and discounts.
A day in the life of a Lube Tech You arrive each day ready to provide excellent service to our customers. With training from ACE you identify mechanical problems, provide preventative maintenance, and address customer concerns. Your communication skills allow you to give repair recommendations and estimates. You then perform the repairs and replace parts as requested, maintaining a positive attitude and staying current with training.
Qualifications
At least 18 years old
Valid driver’s license
Physical ability to perform typical vehicle repair tasks, stand for several hours, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions
Excellent mechanical skills, strong problem‑solving, ability to work independently and in a team, and exceptional customer service skills.
Work Schedule Our Lube Techs work anywhere from 15‑40 hours per week depending on part‑time or full‑time status. The schedule varies during business hours and includes a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts—no late nights. ACE is open 8 am–7 pm Monday‑Saturday and 9 am–4 pm on Sunday.
