Responsibilities

Retain and effectively manage the Sales Department according to KPIs. Actively search for and attract new clients through the existing client database and external sources. Efficiently manage the established client base with a focus on upselling. Provide consultations to clients regarding service assortment and technical specifications. Conduct meetings, presentations, and phone negotiations. Independently close deals and maintain comprehensive reporting for both the department and personal sales. Engage with investment funds and venture investors. Strengthen the company's advertising positions. Make calls and send commercial offers. Familiarise clients with services and finalise deals. Coordinate the transition of clients' orders for execution in production. Correspond with funds and investors, participate in presentations, and attend exhibitions. Operational Tasks

Recruit and manage the sales team. Oversee the department while considering KPIs. Participate in meetings, reports, and team conference calls. Engage in personal sales and deal closures. Prepare reports, presentations, and monthly plans. Requirements

Experience with managing a personal client database. A minimum of 3 years of sales department management experience. Successful experience in team recruitment and management. Proficiency in investment negotiation. Experience in managing marketing teams for product promotion. Result-oriented mindset and achievement of set goals.
