Job Summary The Home Finding Consultant guides prospective and current residents through the rental home‑finding process. You’ll deliver accurate information, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a seamless leasing experience while collaborating with teams to support occupancy and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Assist prospective residents throughout the rental home‑finding process.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals by following up on leads and supporting growth strategies.
Collaborate with property management, maintenance, and marketing teams to streamline operations and enhance leasing.
Essential Functions
Handle inbound and outbound communications with prospective residents, forwarding inquiries to licensed agents as appropriate.
Guide prospects through the leasing process, including viewings, applications, and move‑in.
Provide exceptional customer service, resolving concerns promptly.
Maintain and update a comprehensive database of prospect interactions.
Assist with application processing and ensure all necessary documentation and payments are completed before move‑in.
Collaborate with Customer Onboarding and cross‑functional teams.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Fair Housing, Fair Credit Reporting Act, ADA, and related laws.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required.
Active real estate license in Nevada required (licensed employees must hold the license with Progress Residential® and cannot practice outside this role).
Proven customer service experience, preferably in a service‑oriented business.
Basic maintenance knowledge beneficial.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Motivated by performance‑based incentives and driven to meet goals.
Capable of working productively in a fully remote role, collaborating with team members across locations.
Flexibility to align work schedule with Progress® business hours, including weekends.
