Overview
Canyon Ranch guides the pursuit of wellbeing on a path through immersive destinations to a lifetime of proven answers. This role is primarily responsible for selling Canyon Ranch property stays, designed experiences, and services to potential guests, while thoughtfully designing and curating guest experiences by matching interests with the right combination of services, activities, and lectures.
Responsibilities
Clienteling: Proactively maintain a relationship with the Canyon Ranch customer base, handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels, assess customer needs using active listening, and curate value‑based offers. Meet or exceed sales goals set by management.
Promotions: Engage customers by promoting products and services across the brand through email and outbound call campaigns, building incremental revenue and lifetime value.
Guide & Advise: Design and curate transformative wellness experiences, identify guests’ interests, and provide advice during the booking process.
Systems: Maintain accurate customer records and preferences in the company’s CRM system, make reservations in the Property Management System (PMS), use specific coding for multiple fields, and ensure information is updated and maintained.
Qualifications
1‑2 years of experience in a similar field.
High school diploma required; associate degree or equivalent specialized training preferred.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history.
