is looking for a Sales & Service Consultant based in Detroit.
Compensation Base pay range: $90,000–$150,000 per year (uncapped commissions, with first‑year earnings typically $90K–$150K+).

Responsibilities
Meet homeowners on scheduled service calls.
Build trust quickly, explain options clearly, and close repair or upgrade sales.
Replace springs, rollers, motors and other door components.
Install keypads, run wiring, and adjust equipment for proper function.
Lubricate and test equipment to ensure smooth operation.
Use basic hand and power tools to complete the work you sell.
Deliver outstanding customer experience that earns repeat and referral business.
Collect payments and document each job.

Minimum of 1 year in consultative sales
