We are looking for Licensed Real Estate Agents in North Atlanta, North Georgia and West Georgia areas (including Toccoa, Ellijay, Villa Rica, Douglasville, and more). We have offices in Cumming and Villa Rica.
Our team members outperform the average consistently and we have been award winning team multiple years. With on site training and coaching we can help expand your business in areas to increase your income MOST IMPORTANTLY. We have LEADS and proven systems that WORK.
We provide Agent‑Ready Opportunities Immediately! We provide LEAD opportunities that you can speak with immediately. Your pipeline is filled with real people who ask to speak with a real estate agent today.
Responsibilities
Speak and engage with hand-raised opportunities to discover a client's unique situation, create a custom plan to achieve the client's priorities, and guide them along the path to closing.
Provide home buyers with information about specific homes & the local real estate market.
Must be able to schedule and show homes when it is convenient for the client - 7 days a week (including nights & weekends).
Assist clients with the home purchase process including writing contracts, handling negotiations, coordinating with mortgage partners, schedule home inspections, and reviewing closing documents for accuracy, while showing professionalism and dedication throughout the process.
Farming and COI training included in real estate tools.
Qualifications
Must have a valid Georgia Real Estate License.
A desire to grow your business and put in the effort required to do that.
Dedication to be organized and able to report progress daily with leads.
Ability to work independently OR as part of a team.
Detail oriented - ability to follow processes and meet critical deadlines.
Desire to provide PURE exceptional client experiences.
