Handyman / Home Repair Technicians
to join our growing team as a 1099 sub contractor. This is a
part-time, flexible position for individual tradespeople only
- no companies, LLCs, or crews. This position is deal for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, enjoys helping homeowners, and values being part of a reputable local company.

What You'll Get

home repair, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, or painting Professionals who take pride in

organized, tech-friendly , and comfortable using mobile apps for scheduling and job tracking. Requirements
Minimum of
3 years of experience
in handyman, maintenance, or related trades preferred. Must carry general liability insurance ($1M min) and personal vehicle insurance. Reliable vehicle
and
personal tools . Ability to use
ServiceTitan
on phone or tablet (we'll train you). Must pass a
background check
prior to employment. Valid driver's license
and clean driving record. Professional appearance
and customer-focused attitude. Preferred Skills
General carpentry, drywall repair, painting, light plumbing and electrical, and fixture installations. Ability to troubleshoot home maintenance issues and recommend solutions.
