What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on EP mapping and navigation systems
Educate and train hospital personnel and office staff on technical aspects of CAS products
Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures
Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to identify and develop customer relationships for incremental business
Serve as a regional champion for mapping technology, influencing proficiency among peers
What is Required (Qualifications):
High school diploma plus a minimum of 8 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or
Associate degree plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience, or
Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 4 years of related work experience
Valid driver's license and ability to drive approximately 50% of the time within the assigned territory
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline
Proven track record with technical training assignments
Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
Ability to travel more than 25% of the time
