Apartment Maintenance Technician

What You ll Do: -Respond to resident maintenance requests quickly and professionally -Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and locks -Prepare vacant units for new residents (painting, patching, fixtures, cleaning) -Perform preventive maintenance to prevent future issues -Maintain common areas and property grounds -Keep tools, shop, and mechanical rooms organized and safe -Assist with emergency maintenance as needed -Communicate with management on maintenance needs and progress What We re Looking For: -High school diploma or GED -1 3 years of maintenance experience (residential/apartment experience preferred) -Skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair -Valid driver s license -Ability to lift 50 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces -Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills -Certifications (HVAC, electrical, etc.) are a plus
