Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Bend, OR, for the position of Contracts and Property Management.
The role oversees operational functions across property management systems, vendor contracts, compliance renewals, and fleet administration.
It ensures accurate system configuration, regulatory adherence, and efficient procurement processes while maintaining high standards of service and cost control.
Key Role Responsibilities
Property Systems Management
Contracts/Purchasing Management
Property Regulatory Compliance (Permits, Licenses, etc.)
Fleet Management
Qualifications
Experience in Business Administration, Property Management, with a focus on property operations or a similar role.
Proficiency in Yardi or equivalent property management software.
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance.
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
Experience in Multi‑Task Management.
Experience in Project Management.
Excellent communication skills for internal and external correspondence.
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
