We are seeking a skilled and experienced
Customer Communications Management (CCM) Developer
to join our team supporting the
Manufacturing Print Mail business
across 8 facilities in the U.S., including key locations in Omaha, Stafford TX, Alpharetta, and BH. This role is highly technical and project-focused, requiring hands-on development experience in
Quadient or Exstream , strong file management skills, and the ability to work closely with business and technical teams to improve customer communication strategies. Key Responsibilities:
Solution Development:
Design, develop, and maintain CCM solutions using
Quadient Inspire
or
OpenText Exstream . Data Transformation:
Perform mid-level SQL operations, XML parsing, and data mapping for effective data manipulation. Template & Document Design:
Create and modify communication templates in alignment with brand standards and customer needs. System Integration:
Work with IT to integrate CCM platforms with databases and other enterprise systems. Testing & QA:
Conduct testing and debugging to ensure reliable and accurate document output. Collaboration & Documentation:
Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical documentation for all solutions. Training & Support:
Provide end-user training and ongoing support for CCM platforms. Must-Have Qualifications:
3–5 years of hands-on development experience with
Quadient Inspire
or
OpenText Exstream Strong experience in
file management
and document composition tools Solid understanding of
data transformation ,
XML , and
SQL Ability to troubleshoot and test CCM output Experience working in
high-volume print/mail environments Preferred Skills:
Exposure to
print, plastics, or digital archiving
environments Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, VBScript) Familiarity with Microsoft Word for template creation Knowledge of
variable data printing
