Key Responsibilities

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer retention, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful retention strategies
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
Knowledge of CRM software and customer retention tools
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
