Full Time Fine Jewelry & Timepiece Sales Associate We are looking for a Full Time Sales Associate to join Eiseman Jewels at NorthPark Center in Dallas, Texas. The position requires on‑site work during normal business hours with occasional evening events.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate expertise in jewelry, including metals, precious stones, trends, brand value and history of the brands we carry.

Serve as a high‑skill stylist and advisor, connecting with clients' style and vision rather than a transactional seller.

Show mastery of timepieces, communicating complications, trends, brand value and history.

Close jewelry and timepiece sales using product knowledge, charisma and strong salesmanship.

Manage inventory flow, keep cases merchandised, clean and inviting.

Maintain store presentation, stay updated on clients’ special occasions and needs, and execute plans to achieve success.

Strategically clientelize, create memorable experiences, and grow client relationships.

Pay close attention to detail on custom work and repairs, ensuring effective planning and execution.

Assist with all tasks necessary for business success, regardless of size.

Take initiative to explore new opportunities for the company.

Stay informed on industry trends, social media presence of brands, and trends in jewelry and timepiece markets.

Run your book of business with entrepreneurial ownership.

Maintain a positive, go‑getter attitude with no time for negativity or drama.

Expect to meet or exceed $2,000,000 in total sales in the first year.

Only high performers and self‑starters will thrive in this environment.

Qualities Required

3–5 years of luxury sales experience.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, positive attitude.

High attention to detail, efficiency and accuracy.

Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Sense of urgency throughout the day.

Schedule: five days a week, 9:15 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., with Saturday and additional hours during events; Sundays rarely.

Effective communication via face‑to‑face conversation, phone and email.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Excellent listening and observation skills.

Adhere to the company dress code and policies.

Cooperative and open‑minded to new ideas and change.

Identify store needs and adapt to a variety of situations and personalities.

Stand for long periods on the sales floor.

Provide three references.
