We are seeking a

Channel Partnerships Manager

to drive the growth and management of FRT’s partnerships. This role will focus on strengthening our strategic approach with third‑party organizations that can expand our brand presence and help build our client base in collaboration with the sales team.

Specifically, as the

Channel Partnerships Manager , you will:

Expand relationships across existing partners, including custodian banks, fund administrators, technology platforms, finders, resellers and associations, to build a pipeline of prospects

Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts

Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume from partnerships and strategic objectives

Participate in a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones

Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis

Drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners

Reinforce the FRT Brand and, where possible, help build access to client data

Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop content and collateral for partners

Analyze partner performance metrics and sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly

Our ideal candidate has:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a partnership and/or channel management, business development, or client facing role, preferably with software or SaaS companies that serve financial institutions

Experience in wealth, hedge funds, asset management, fund admin, OMS, or Custody is a plus and a demonstrated track record of success managing partners

Solid coaching skills

Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with partners at all levels

Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers and customers

A confident, commanding presence and the ability to rapidly develop industry expertise

An intellectually curious personality and a demonstrated commitment to continuous growth

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools

Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage partner interactions and performance

Ideal candidates are based in MA, but we are open to remote candidates in ET or CT time zones.

Compensation: Base salary is experience dependent and can range from $100,000 – $140,000 a year. FRT also offers a competitive annual bonus.
