Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities As an Entry‑Level Outside Pest Control Sales Consultant, you’ll engage homeowners face‑to‑face, introducing them to our residential pest control solutions directly at their front doorstep. Your role is to understand each household’s needs, explain how our services solve real problems, and guide customers toward the plan that fits them best. This position rewards individuals who can quickly connect with people, communicate value with confidence, and earn trust in short, high‑impact door‑to‑door interactions. Your ability to stay professional, persistent, and knowledgeable will help you turn cold conversations into long‑term customer relationships and a consistent stream of opportunities. Key Responsibilities
Commit to traveling to, and working in, one of our 8 locations around the US (Rental Bonus covers costs).
Conduct door‑to‑door prospecting to increase awareness of our affordable, high‑quality pest control services.
Work around homeowners’ schedules, focusing on afternoon and evening availability to maximize engagement.
Commit to a seasonal summer work schedule from April through September (or a comparable time frame).
Complete applicable pre‑field trainings and participate in daily training meetings throughout the regular season.
Who We’re Looking For No sales experience? No problem! While a background in sales is a plus, we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success. Recent high‑school graduates and college students are strongly encouraged to apply.
Prepared to travel to, and live, in‑market at one of our 8 locations nationwide (housing costs subsidized through performance‑based bonuses).
Must be resilient and adaptable, able to handle regular rejection while maintaining a professional, positive attitude.
Full‑time availability required (9‑hour shifts) from April through September for the summer sales season.
Strong communication skills are a must; bilingual candidates are a plus.
Willingness to learn, follow scripts, and complete sales training to improve performance.
Thrives in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation Approximated seasonal/summer earnings: $70,000 – $85,000 (includes advances, commissions, performance bonuses, and profit‑sharing). Competitive, tiered commission structure with additional structured incentives for high performers. Clear path to rapid promotion and increased earnings based on merit. Hands‑on training and mentorship from industry‑leading professionals.
