Full-time Finance Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Financial Advisor with 2+ to 5 years of relevant experience to provide retirement planning strategies. The role involves assessing clients' financial needs, building relationships, offering ongoing advice, and promoting available products. Collaboration with bank partners and maintaining compliance are essential. Essential Job Functions Develop retirement strategies by analyzing client financial data and recommending suitable investment products. Create comprehensive financial plans for clients. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the bank's products and promote them appropriately. Provide training to branch personnel and promote products collaboratively. Establish relationships with bank branches to generate referrals. Deliver outstanding customer service and follow-up. Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm policies. Collaborate with WMG and BOW partners. Deepen relationships within existing client portfolios. Grow the IAS book of business to meet or exceed targets, developing a portfolio of $0 - $9 million. Skills and Certifications Active Series 7 license Active Series 65 or 66 license Life Insurance license At least 2 years of investment sales experience Clean FINRA record Experience selling annuities and managed money products Ideal Candidate Attributes Professionalism and team-oriented mindset Integrity in behavior and appearance Strong academic and professional background Self-motivated and driven to succeed Passion for financial advising Ability to build successful business partnerships Reflects community diversity Proactive in closing sales and seeking referrals All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
