Order Management Specialist 80‑100%

In the Industrial X‑Ray Modules (IXM) division, we provide safer, more economical and breakthrough solutions for non‑destructive testing and security applications through the pioneering development of intelligent industrial X‑ray technologies.
What you will do:
End‑to‑end ownership of the order management process – from the initial offer to invoicing
Management of the assigned customer portfolio in all logistical and operational matters
Acting as the central interface between customers, Supply Chain, Sales and internal service teams
First point of contact for customer complaints, service and after‑sales requests
Active contribution to process improvements in line with LEAN and continuous improvement principles
What you bring:
Commercial education, ideally in an industrial or technical environment
Experience in customer‑facing roles and an interest in coordination across functions
Structured, self‑driven working style with strong cross‑functional thinking
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Confident user of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
