Description
Leverage existing relationships in dermatology, med spas, and aesthetic industry to achieve monthly prescription sales performance objectives through customer service presentations and deep medication knowledge Provide territory coverage through consistent targeting and follow up with identified prescribers. Build and adhere to sales plan to maximize personal performance. Maintain consistent communication with colleagues and leadership to improve the territory and meet corporate goals. Achieve high standards of professionalism and performance.
Requirements
2+ years Dermatology/Aesthetic or Medical sales experience. Bachelor's degree required. Demonstrated selling skills, organization, focus, and determination. Proven sales accomplishments, and ability to bring a book of relationships to the table for personal use in territory. Hungry and a hunter mentality, to be personally motivated to achieve goals.
Compensation
Compensation:
$85-100k Base DOE, 220k at plan uncapped – 750/month car allowance, Gas, Expenses, Laptop/Cell phone, 401k, and great benefits
