As a Sales Enablement Coordinator in our Gaming Systems division, you'll play a pivotal role in improving our sales team's efficiency and success. What You'll Do

Exercise full responsibility for the planning, organization, and development of complex proposal responses, bid preparations, and presentations.

Build compelling sales presentations and collateral to improve sales turnover.

Coordinate proposal response efforts (RFP, RFI, RPQ) to ensure timely and compliant development, production, and delivery.

Lead and participate in writing, editing, organizing, and formatting Regional Marketing Announcement Memorandums (RMAMs) and End of Life (EOL) notices.

Identify areas for improving customer happiness and repeat business, communicating issues and solutions to upper management.

Optimize complex workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Contribute to our company culture by collaborating with various teams and collaborators.

All other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

1+ years of experience in sales enablement, product marketing, or product management.

Knowledge or experience in casino operations is preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams) and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in both formal and informal presentations.

Self-motivated with the ability to balance multiple competing priorities and manage time independently.

Proficiency in English, including the ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend the language.

This position may require registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate.

Travel Expectations None

Pay Range $73,500 - $136,500 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
