Provide comprehensive compensation analysis, benchmarking, data modeling, and reporting to support organizational decision‑making. Partner with internal compensation teams to offer expertise on salary structures, market competitiveness, and equity considerations. Apply advanced compensation knowledge to resolve complex challenges and develop innovative solutions. Support compensation planning cycles including merit increases, promotions, equity awards, and bonuses through modeling and salary recommendations. Build and maintain compensation tools, data models, and internal databases to streamline processes and ensure data accuracy. What's Needed?
Minimum of 5+ years of hands‑on experience in compensation analysis and related functions. Strong skills in market benchmarking, job evaluation, salary structure design, and compensation analytics. Proficiency in Excel and experience with compensation platforms is advantageous. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders and influence leadership at all levels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights. What's in it for me?
