Ongoing support for modernization measures and monitoring of agreed return targets
Procurement of financing in consultation with the Business Administration department
Responsibility for the internal coordination process in the area of publicly funded modernization measures
Objective and mathematical review of modernization applications, preparation of additional calculations, obtaining internal approvals, and preparation of final invoices
Preparation of templates for management
Structure of modernization measures in SAP
Administration, monitoring, and initiation of corrective measures regarding the modernization budgets provided
Support in implementing the corresponding modernization rent increases
Modernization financing: Apply for public funds, obtain approval from the granting authority, draw down public funds and fees as construction progresses, provide details of the financing plan
Keep track of modernization statistics
Completed real estate management training, preferably as a real estate specialist
Several years of professional experience in the real estate industry
Detailed expertise in the implementation and financing of modernization measures
Strong motivation, meticulous approach to work, and entrepreneurial mindset
Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
