Job Description Responsibilities:
Contact retail and commercial prospects to collect client information
Set Appointments for agency personnel to conduct sales presentations and policy reviews
Source and set appointments for potential new agent candidates and other staff members
Create and maintain a digital marketing presence though website and social media
Coordinate marketing and recruiting events
Implement and maintain a social media marketing campaign
Provide support for office administration
Qualifications Job Requirements:
Proficiency in relevant computer applications
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
Have excellent organizational skills
Confident, self-starter who works well independently
Must have ability to multi-task
Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing
