Regional CDL-A Truck Driver – TA Dedicated
Pay & Benefits USD 78,000–87,000 per year, including a guaranteed weekly minimum of USD 1,550, a $500 new‑hire transition bonus payable on the second paycheck, a $3,000 referral bonus for each qualified driver referred, and $250 per day for a two‑day paid orientation. The role offers consistent, dedicated routes, night shift assignments, and reliable weekly home time for solo and team drivers.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver aftermarket automotive parts to dealerships throughout the region.
Drive approximately 2,000 miles per week on solo routes or up to 4,000 miles on team runs while maintaining strict scheduling and safety standards.
Operate a team of drivers, ensuring smooth collaborations, tight backing maneuvers at dealerships, and adherence to company policies.
Maintain daily logs, perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections, and complete accurate mileage recordings.
Accept assignments flexibly to cover driver absences due to vacation or illness, guaranteeing continuous service.
Requirements
Minimum 21 years old.
At least 12 months of recent tractor‑trailer experience plus 3 months of verifiable team experience within the last 3 years.
Valid CDL‑A license and DOT qualification.
Preferred: Comfortable teaming, experience with tight backing maneuvers, and willingness to work night shifts.
Must pass a comprehensive drug test and have a satisfactory safety and employment history.
No high school diploma or college degree required; on‑the‑job training is provided.
