Full?time Compensation & Benefits
Average weekly pay: $1,340$1,630 Weekly paychecks and performance pay Hourly pay while on duty but not driving Paid orientation and $200/month tuition reimbursement (up to $7,000) for qualified drivers Paid time off after 6 months and 6 days of holiday pay per year Annual bonus: up to 2% of annual gross pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) savings plan with company match Unlimited referral bonuses Credit for military experience and apprenticeship programs Leading equipment and technology for driver comfort (newer trucks, automated transmissions, etc.)
Responsibilities
Operate dry van trailers with 100% no?touch freight Drive within all 48 states Adhere to company pet policy (can take dog or cat on the road)
Qualifications
Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL) All CDL holders, regardless of experience level (cadence is provided)
