Your mission
Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies together with our Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams
Understand customer needs and clearly communicate how Archlet addresses them, ensuring long term satisfaction
Own the full sales cycle from qualification and demos to proposals, negotiation, and closing
Contribute to building a workplace you genuinely enjoy being part of
About you
More than 3 years of experience in SaaS sales
More than 2 years of experience in Procurement SaaS sales
Tech savvy and excited about new technologies with real business impact
Comfortable working in a fast paced startup environment
Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset
Confident in communication, persuasion, and negotiation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
You will join a team pushing meaningful change in the sourcing industry, where your work directly shapes both the product and the company. We care deeply about how we work together and invest in our team culture through regular in person gatherings near our Zurich headquarters, as well as ongoing remote activities.
You will have one dedicated day each month for personal and professional development, focused on skills that matter to you. You will work closely with leading procurement teams at global companies such as PepsiCo, Walmart and Estée Lauder, and you will have a high degree of autonomy to drive ideas, deals, and outcomes. Your work will directly influence customer success and Archlet’s growth.
