Deliver short- & long-term volume, sales, profit & market share goals
Manage the product portfolio and train sales representatives
Develop trusted relationships with stakeholders and key opinion leaders
Identify potential strategic partnerships and alliances
Ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines
Requirements
Post graduate diploma or University degree
At least 5 years of sales experience in the IVD market
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-changing environment
Strong organisational, facilitation, and presentation skills
Exceptional selling and people management skills
Fluent in German and English
