The
Manager, Enterprise Sales
is responsible for lead generation, territory penetration and value-added selling within Hotwire’s commercial services portfolio. This position is responsible for building and leading a high-performing team of Commercial Sales Executives and Account Managers across assigned commercial communities. The role will focus on complex, and strategy deals as well as conversion sales.
Duties / Responsibilities
Develop growth strategies and plans with the goal of increasing client base and diversifying business opportunities.
Coach and develop commercial sales team to optimize individual performance, team performance and customer satisfaction.
Ensure team members are regularly trained and updated on products and services, changes in policies/procedures and the art of consistently providing White Glove customer service.
Manage relationships with BOMA and other property management associations.
Identify and map business strengths and customer needs, including SWOT analysis Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Manage and retain relationships with existing clients and increase client base.
Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
Negotiate with stakeholders and write business proposals as needed.
Research business opportunities and viable income streams.
Follow industry trends locally and internationally.
Draft and review contracts.
Report on successes and areas needing improvement.
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant job experience.
Minimum 5 years’ experience with sales preferably in the telecommunications industry.
Proven experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales director.
At least 3 years’ experience with exceptional selling and client relationships.
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Exceptional selling and relationship building skills; networking superstar
Superior customer relationship experience and reputation within the market
Experience working to and exceeding targets
A proven record of strong client relationships
Must be highly effective in two-way communication to include written, verbal and telephone skills
Demonstrated success with essential functions and a minimum of 5 years’ experience
Must be able to legally drive and provide own transportation to various locations in organizational service area, including weekends and evenings.
