Job Summary Manages regional sales territory by applying in-depth product knowledge, market insight, and business development strategies. Identifies opportunities for expansion, negotiates contracts, and delivers tailored solutions to drive revenue growth. Coordinates with internal teams to ensure seamless account management, customer satisfaction, and long-term business success.
Key Responsibilities
Assesses regional agent sales performance and effectiveness to align objectives with business goals and ensure consistent revenue growth.
Directs and manages agents within assigned territory to execute sales plans, account strategies, consultative selling, and customer engagement initiatives that support high-Impact sales results.
Develops more complex proposals and client-specific solutions that integrate technical products, pricing structures, and contractual terms.
Implements processes to improve customer retention, opportunity conversion, and cross-functional communication across field sales operations.
Delivers strategic insights on competitor activity, customer behavior, and emerging trends to inform regional decision-making and forecast planning.
Confers with supply chain, product, and marketing teams to interpret customer feedback and align regional priorities with company offerings.
Interprets sales data and market intelligence to improve forecasting accuracy and support business development strategies.
Develops business plans in collaboration with management and product teams to support go-to-market strategies and regional alignment.
Helps establish and implement team performance metrics, development plans, and onboarding processes to build a high-performing regional sales team.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Complies with all policies and standards.
Manages staff performance and development, coaching team members to achieve their full potential in contributing to the department's goals.
