Responsibilities A day in the life of an Assistant Neighborhood Sales Manager starts between 9–10 am in the model home or sales office assigned. You will be the right hand of the Neighborhood Sales Manager (NSM), setting up the sales office for success. Your typical day will include greeting prospects and appointments, learning what is important to them in their home search, showing available homes, keeping everything in order by stocking brochure material, auditing sales and marketing materials, including the website, ensuring all details are accurate, and making sure homebuyers have what they need throughout the buying process. This includes weekly conversations with customers to answer questions regarding home progress, loan information, and more. You will also interact with corporate marketing to announce upcoming events, submit listing information for StanleyMartin.com and the MLS, and ensure your neighborhood looks great while providing high quality customer service to achieve sales goals.

Technical tools used daily include Salesforce, DXC Homebuilder One (HB1), and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work until 6pm and on weekends.

Proficient in various software systems, including MS Office.
