Hospice Sales Representative - Full Time
Join Affinity Hospice, a fast‑growing private hospice organization, as a full‑time Sales Representative based in Birmingham, AL. The role focuses on selling hospice services, developing marketing plans, and building relationships with referral sources.

Key Responsibilities
Educate physician offices, hospitals, and long‑term care facilities about hospice service benefits.
Identify and qualify opportunities; deliver presentations to key decision makers and overcome objections.
Meet minimum daily sales call targets as set by the Sales Manager.
Maintain accurate records of referral sources, activity logs, and marketing spend.
Conduct market research, analysis, and develop marketing campaigns with defined budgets.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for community education and public‑relations outreach.
Assist with public‑relations outreach through speaking engagements, trade shows, and collaboration with allied health professionals.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
At least 2 years of healthcare sales or marketing experience (home health, hospice, or related).
Licensed driver with a compliant, well‑maintained vehicle.
Flexible schedule, ability to travel independently within assigned territory.
Strong knowledge of hospice standards, policies, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, time‑management, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
