Compensation & Benefits
Annual earning potential $110K‑$300K+, with top performers exceeding $300K
Weekly pay plus commissions and bonuses
Paid training, pre‑set appointments, no overnight travel

Responsibilities
Conduct in‑home sales presentations, establishing trust and educating customers
Identify client needs and use K‑Designers sales presentation to recommend solutions
Negotiate and close the sale
Qualifications
Hungry, motivated closers seeking six‑figure earnings
Confident communicator with strong sales instincts
Willing to follow proven systems and train the right person
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
Ability to meet homeowners in person (minor travel)
1+ year sales experience preferred but not required
Results‑oriented, money‑motivated, self‑starter
Must pass background check and drug test
Desire to be part of a team dedicated to mutual success
Location & Schedule Local travel, meeting homeowners; appointments offered 7 days a week.
