MS 365 – Collaboration Services and SharePoint Administration
Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day level 2 support for Microsoft 365 and related services.
Handle tickets within Service Levels and maintain quality of resolution.
Provide support for Microsoft 365, including mail flow, spam control/filtering, security, compliance (auditing, retention, data loss prevention), SharePoint Online & OneDrive (permissions, access, guest access), and Microsoft Teams troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with SharePoint Server patching and deployments.
Coordinate with other teams to ensure quick resolution of issues.
Required Skills:
Extensive SharePoint knowledge: architecture, features, functionalities.
Microsoft 365 expertise: Teams, OneDrive, and other services.
Update knowledge base and documentation; manage Office 365 mailboxes and groups; demonstrate team and collaboration skills; vendor management and coordination.
Technical Skills:
Minimum 3-4 years' experience with a large client using Microsoft 365.
Strong troubleshooting and analysis skills.
Understanding of identity management and application integration.
Experience in a hybrid setup is an advantage.
Process Skills:
Willingness to work in 24x7 operations.
Incident and change management, handling escalations, monitoring SLAs.
Adherence to processes and security compliance.
Knowledge base creation, review, and documentation.
Root cause analysis and problem management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
