As a Growth Marketing Manager at Approvely, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and business growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and practical execution, managing multiple acquisition channels and spearheading initiatives that align with our business objectives. Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to enhance our presence in the B2B sector, particularly within the gaming industry. Manage and optimize multiple customer acquisition channels, including digital advertising, content marketing, SEO, and social media. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand competitive landscapes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and ensure cohesive brand messaging. Analyze marketing data to report on performance and optimize strategies for better ROI. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to keep Approvely at the forefront of the market. Requirements

Proven experience in growth marketing, with a strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies. Experience in managing customer acquisition channels and implementing successful marketing campaigns. Strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experiences and identify areas for improvement. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams. Experience in the gaming sector is preferred but not required. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment where flexibility and adaptability are key. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a startup or early-stage company environment. Demonstrable experience with SEO, PPC, social media, and other digital marketing platforms. Benefits
