JOB DESCRIPTION: SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

Cerbelli Creative is currently searching for a talented Social Media Coordinator to join our team and help us take our digital presence to new heights! At Cerbelli Creative, our team of Project Managers and Designers are responsible for over 80 live, virtual, and hybrid events annually. The Social Media Coordinator will work in conjunction with the Creative and Events Teams, reporting directly to the Senior Graphics & Digital Creative Designer, with oversight coming from the Managing Director.
Social Media Coordinators at Cerbelli Creative are responsible for working directly with our Senior Creative Strategy & Brand Manager, and the Creative Team to provide & organize branded content for all Cerbelli Collective brands (Cerbelli Creative, TwoFortyThirty, Michael Cerbelli’s: The Hot List™, etc...). You must be creative and enjoy working within a small, dynamic environment that is fast-paced and demanding. The ideal individual will have experience in Social Media Management on several social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) with strong communication & organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail. They will have the ability to think outside of the box & take initiative when collaborating with our Senior Creative Strategy & Brand Manager during the concept stage, as well as work independently in developing engaging content to completion.
Most importantly, this role requires a courteous, high-energy individual with a positive attitude who values teamwork and open communication.

Responsibilities
Planning, executing, and monitoring our brands’ Social Media strategy to increase brand awareness and outreach
Collaborate with the Senior Creative Strategy & Brand Manager to develop social media campaigns that maintain a strong sense of brand identity & consistency
Produce compelling social media campaigns to be shared across multiple platforms
Assist the Senior Creative Strategy & Brand Manager in capturing content in the Cerbelli office, as well as any team outings such as site visits, team social events, etc
Assist the Creative Manager in capturing on-site content for key events for all Cerbelli Creative brands
Utilize social media marketing tools to plan & assess content
Responsible for cataloging and organizing event photos and company content for social media use
Assist in developing and monitoring email campaigns for Cerbelli Creative audiences
Understand trends within the events industry and continuously research to stay ahead
Continuously interact with each brand’s followers and other event industry accounts to increase engagement & establish a strong network.
Analyze running campaigns to track performance
Remain on top of the latest social media trends & adapt content accordingly
Communicate effectively with all Cerbelli Collective brand teams to ensure relevant content & maintain consistency per brand
Researching and relaying new trends or technologies to better support the Senior Graphics & Digital Creative Designer
Ensuring proper tagging throughout all platforms
Live in the “DMs” and “Comments,” replying and engaging with clients and followers
Qualifications
A MINIMUM of at least 3 years of experience as a Social Media Coordinator, or a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your creative work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt the tone and style to different platforms and target audiences
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the flexibility to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Basic understanding of marketing analytics and the ability to interpret data to drive content strategy
General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), as well as Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and internet ranking for web content, as well as how SEO & AEO principles can be applied for successful social media marketing strategies
A passion for storytelling, creativity, and a keen eye for visual aesthetics
A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
Knowledge of how AI can support social media
Understanding of events and the hospitality industry as a whole
Preferred knowledge of graphic design & typography
Solid knowledge of social media trends & strategies
Ability to attend live events to capture content, some travel possible
Technical Skills
Navigating, analyzing, and monitoring Social Media Platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.)
Capturing & Editing Still / Short–Form Video Content
Strongly Preferred Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Knowledge of After Effects is a plus)
Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
Email Marketing Platforms (Mailchimp, Sender, etc.)
Photography and/or videography experience a plus
Compensation
$71,500 Annually
End-of-Year Bonus
MacBook Provided

Eligibility for Healthcare and 401k (with a company match up to 3.5%) after an introductory period
